As former CEO of Lexpressproperty, the island’s leading real estate portal, Cyril has gained an intimate understanding of the Mauritian property market—its cycles, its buyers, and the ingredients that transform a development from a good idea into a commercial success. His experience also spans leadership roles in ventures such as Lexpresscars, LuxuryMauritius, and La Plage Factory, as well as the co-founding of Holberton School Mauritius, a pioneering software engineering institution.

With over 15 years of experience, Cyril brings:

Sofiane Zouioueche

At the heart of Saffron Villas’ development is Sofiane Zouioueche, a DPLG-certified architect and co-founder of KZ-Architects Ltd, who has spent nearly two decades shaping high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in Mauritius and beyond.

Trained at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille, Sofiane also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Paris La Sorbonne and a DESS in Virtual Reality. This rare combination of design sensitivity and strategic vision allows him to approach each project as both an architect and a project thinker.

OWith nearly two decades of experience in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments in Mauritius and abroad, Sofiane has developed a solid reputation for methodical site follow-up and controlled execution. His portfolio includes luxury villas under IRS and RES schemes, boutique hotels, residential towers, industrial facilities, and commercial centres, where he has consistently ensured that what is built on site matches the level of promise made on paper.
